This page is created for all entrants of Shimano Cycling World’s ANYTIME Movie Premiere Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions listed below.

Terms and conditions:

  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Shimano Cycling World, whose Instagram handle is @shimanocyclingworld. The “Prize” refers to One (1) x PRO Floorpump Team Tubeless Integrated Pump and compressor, one (1) x Fujimi Short Sleeve Jersey and one (1) x Fukui Printed Shorts. The Prize, which consists of the Short Sleeve Jersey and Fukui Printed Shorts’ color will be decided by the Promoter.
  2. By entering this Giveaway you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Giveaway will only apply to entries submitted from 26th July 2024, 1PM to 9th August 2024 1159PM. All entries sent after 9th August 2024 1159PM will not be accepted.
  3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries received after the closing date.
  4. This Giveaway is open only to residents currently living in Singapore.
  5. Entrants must be over the age of 13+ years on the date of their entry.
  6. One (1) winner, who has fulfilled all entry requirements, will then be selected at random by The Promoter on 10th August 2024 and the winner will be notified on or after this date, within one month from this date.
  7. Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter this giveaway.
  8. This Giveaway is not in any way affiliated, sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  9. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure in receiving entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
  10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway or these Terms and Conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  11. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  12. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Giveaway.
  13. You may submit more than one entry for the Giveaway.
  14. Entry details for the Giveaway and how to enter are clearly stated via the Giveaway Instagram post by @shimanocyclingworld.
  15. The Prize will be awarded to the selected one (1) winner who has entered on Instagram. The Winner will have to fulfil all entry requirements and be selected randomly from all eligible entries received and verified by The Promoter.
  16. Your account should be set as public from the period of the Giveaway until the announcement of the Winner, or to be set as public for at least two weeks after the Giveaway’s closing date, whichever is earlier.
  17. The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  18. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable and are subject to availability. No cash alternative is available. Where the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
  19. The Winner will collect The Prize physically at Shimano Cycling World, located at Singapore Sports Hub, 6 Stadium Walk, #01-02, Singapore 397698. The Promoter reserves the right to change the point of collection.
  20. The Winner will be notified within one month of the contest closing date. If The Winner can not be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from The Winner and pick a replacement winner.
  21. In the case where The Winner is unable to collect The Prize in person, The Winner may nominate someone to collect The Prize on their behalf. The Winner must inform The Promoter (Shimano Cycling World) within 7 days of The Winner’s announcement and provide full details of the nominated collector.
  22. The name, address, email address and phone number of The Winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable the fulfilment of the Prize.​
  23. By entering The Giveaway, The Winner agrees that his/her name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after The Winner has been selected.
  24. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with The Giveaway or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
